The world’s oldest Egyptian Museum opens to the public a new underground space with a fascinating and spectacular temporary exhibition: a “must-see” selection of over one thousand artefacts, from the Museum’s collections. The new Hypogeum, created within the historic building that has always been home to the Turin’s Egyptian Museum, represents the first visible stage of a restoration enterprise began about 5 years ago.
